Well, Email support is clearly useless. No response, bad info, no way to create a thread without going back to the site and re-entering information. Great system NI! So I called. I just got off the phone with support in Germany regarding a very confusing registration issue. The dude actually hung up on me (!) after giving me a very unclear response. I am fairly certain he did not want to attempt to solve the issue. When I called back, I was first in line, and then a recording came on saying there was nobody there to take my call. Can someone at NI who reads this forum please investigate Support Issue 159130 and tell me just what the hell is going on and how you intend to resolve it? At the very least, someone should call me and offer an apology for how this has transpired.
