Symphonic Choirs in Kontakt 3 activation/registration

    I am trying to install Kontakt 3 and Symphonic Choirs.

    The East West registration tool tells m EW Symphonic Choirs is successfully authorized, however when I try to load into Kontakt 3 I get a message saying it is not registered. Can anyone help please?
