I use my Spanish Visa card for online payments but I'm domiciled outside the EU. Legally, if the goods are going to be shipped outside of the EU, they can be can zero rate i.e. exempt from VAT. I've emailed support but they haven't replied yet, and the Thanksgiving deal ends todayk, do you guys know anything? Cheers

Never mind, I'm not buying it, I was never entirely confident about this purchase.

if you are using a Spanish billing address, you wouldn't be able to claim the VAT unless you have a business.

Technically no, because I'm domiciled outside the EU (specifically, in China). When I purchase products in Spain and take them back to China, I get a VAT refund on all purchases over €90.15. Recently I bought Sylenth1 and got the VAT back, for example. It doesn't matter anyway, I decided not to buy Komplete after all.
