Z1 + iPad 4th gen, which adapter to use?

    There is a USB cable and a "iOS 30pin" cable shipped with the Z1.
    If I want to use it with an iPad 4th gen, which has the "lightning" connector, and want it to be charged by the Z1, do i need the USB to lightning adapter or the 30pin to lightning adapter?
    If the latter is right, there are two different 30pin to lightning adapters, one with 0,2 meters cable (which i would prefer) and one without any cable on it, will both work?

    I have the 30 pin to lighting and it works good and I charge your iPad. I have the mini and had to buy it when I had the vestax spin 2.
