Native Access is an app that handles downloads, installation, and updates for Native Instruments software.

  • Download Native Access.
  • Start Native Access and log in with your NI username and password. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one within the app.

Step 2: Enter Serial Number in Native Access

Step 2: Enter Serial Number in Native Access

Select ‘Add serial’, and enter your 25-digit serial number as shown on the card in your product box or on the bottom of your hardware.

Step 3: Install Software

Install the Traktor software or upgrade to the latest version.
