About Maschine Expansions

Maschine Expansions are genre-specific sound packs created with leading music producers – loaded with samples, loops, kits, and synth presets. They're made for Maschine, but you can also use the content in your DAW.
About Play Series

The Play Series are Kontakt instruments that put outstanding sound quality in an easy-to-use package. Each one has a distinct sound and character, and comes with a collection of carefully designed presets. There are also editions available for AKAI MPC.

Hardware

Optimized for: Maschine+, Maschine, Maschine Mikro, Maschine Studio, Maschine Jam or Komplete Kontrol Series keyboards

Software

  • Loops and Samples work in any DAW
  • Maschine content requires the latest version of the Maschine software.
  • Additionally: Please update to the latest versions of Battery 4, Massive, Monark, Reaktor Prism and Reaktor 6 or the Reaktor 6 Player
  • Please note: Loops and Samples from Expansions are now accessible in the Kontakt 8 and Kontakt 8 Player browser and can be loaded directly into the Leap sampler.

An internet connection is required to download, install, and activate Kontakt Player or Kontakt, and this product (please see the Native Access system requirements). Once installed, all products can be used offline. Certain products may require additional free downloads.
