TRAKTOR PRO Plus is an add-on subscription for existing TRAKTOR PRO users. Through this subscription, we will release an ever-growing stream of exciting new features outside of the usual major releases. These features will not be mandatory for base functionality but are intended to improve sound and performance by utilizing certain innovative technologies found across the entities of Native Instruments. Our hope is that this will enable you to enjoy more immediate access to our ongoing developments at TRAKTOR, thereby providing new instances for creative inspiration on a regular basis.

For  CA$ 6,49  per month or  CA$ 64  per year, you can subscribe to TRAKTOR PRO Plus and receive the software’s latest features as soon as they are released. TRAKTOR PRO 3, as you know it today, will remain – either included in the hardware package or as a separate perpetual software license.

All available Plus features will be unlocked instantly in your TRAKTOR PRO 3 software. Just open Native Access 2, and install TRAKTOR PRO Plus under the ‘subscription’ tab. This installation will unlock the Plus features in your copy of TRAKTOR PRO. There will be 3-4 new features released through the subscription model each year and beta testing will continue to take place before each release.

You will only be charged immediately if you opt for the yearly plan. If you choose the monthly plan, you will have access to TRAKTOR PRO Plus for free to try for one month, with the option to cancel at any time within the first month to avoid being charged at the end of the trial period. At the end of the trial period, the plan will automatically renew each month.

You can change your subscription via “Manage Subscription” in the TRAKTOR application menu or via “Manage” in the Subscription tab of Native Access 2. Select “TRAKTOR PRO Plus”, then choose “Edit Subscription” and “Change” in order to switch to a yearly billing frequency.

You’ll need to have a current license for TRAKTOR PRO 3 to get this add-on subscription.

TRAKTOR PRO Plus subscribers will receive 3-4 feature updates each year for  CA$ 6,49  per month or  CA$ 64  per year. These features will not be mandatory for base functionality but are intended to improve sound and performance within TRAKTOR PRO.

As a non-subscribing user of TRAKTOR PRO 3, you won’t have access to the series of new features but will continue to receive regular free compatibility updates and bug fixes in your standard TRAKTOR PRO 3 license. We will also continue to release major paid updates periodically in order to roll out new base features in one large chunk, as well as update the core functionality and technology of TRAKTOR PRO.

The roadmap will be updated and published quarterly here, coinciding with TRAKTOR PRO Plus releases.

If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you won’t be charged. There’s no commitment and you can cancel any time. Once your paid subscription starts, you’re still free to cancel whenever you want. Since you’ll always pay in advance, your subscription will continue to be active until the current billing period ends. Trials will also continue to work until the current cycle expires.

If you cancel your subscription, the TRAKTOR PRO Plus features will no longer be available. Settings and mappings that you created for the Plus features are not deleted and will be available again when you reactivate your subscription.

Your TRAKTOR PRO 3 license will revert to the version you had before subscribing, but you’ll no longer have access to the add-on subscriber-only features.

Once activated, you can use the TRAKTOR PRO Plus features offline. Make sure to log into Native Access 2 after your monthly or yearly payment is due so that your PRO Plus features are up to date.

Note: If your monthly or yearly payment isn’t successfully processed or you’re unable to get online during the billing period, we’ll give you a grace period of seven days after the due date to settle the outstanding balance. Your Plus features will remain active during this time to allow time to resolve potential transaction issues.

You can use both Native Access 1 and the new version of Native Access to install and use TRAKTOR PRO Plus. However, we strongly recommend using Native Access 2 to install TRAKTOR PRO Plus for ease of use. You can download it here.

If you use Native Access 1, you’ll need to relaunch it at the end of each billing cycle to update your subscription. If you are a monthly subscriber, this means that you would need to launch Native Access 1 every month. Native Access 2 does this automatically. You just need to ensure that you are briefly connected to the internet at the end of each billing cycle.

Beatport is offering 3 months free access to their Advanced streaming tier, and Beatsource is offering 3 months free access to their Basic tier. All users who have not previously signed up with Beatport or Beatsource can choose to claim either one of these offers. The voucher code can only be used once for one of the subscription services and will be sent in the onboarding email after your purchase. The code is valid to use until July 5th, 2023.
