GETTING STARTED

Welcome to the TRAKTOR KONTROL S2 Quickstart Guide.

You will learn the essential workflows for mixing tracks with the S2 and TRAKTOR DJ 2. If you have some experience already, feel free to jump around. For beginners, we recommend spending some time reading through this guide from the beginning.

SETUP CHECKLIST

Using Native Access, download and install the TRAKTOR DJ 2 software on your computer. If you have not installed Native Access, go here.

Ensure your S2 controller is connected to your computer and your active speakers and your headphones are connected to your S2.

Run the TRAKTOR DJ 2 software.
