All the tools in the Komplete 26 Collector’s Edition bundle can be accessed via the Native Access app, which is free to download on the Native Instruments website. Once you’ve installed Native Access on your computer, you can log in with your Native ID (the account you used to purchase). After logging in, you’ll see all the products in the Library section, and you can choose which ones you’d like to install.
Why is this called Komplete 26 and not Komplete 16?

With Komplete 26, we’ve updated the naming to reflect the release year, making it easier to identify which version you have. Komplete 26 is still the next version after Komplete 15, with no changes to upgrades or compatibility.
