Step 1: Download, install, and run Native Access

Native Access is a small cloud-based app that handles downloads, installation, and updates for Native Instruments software.
  • Download Native Access
  • Start Native Access and log in with your NI username and password. If you don't have an account, you can create one in the app.

Step 2: Plug in your keyboard

If your computer does not have a USB-C port, you can use your own USB adapter and power supply.
