To request a return authorization for defective Native Instruments hardware, please contact us via the designated partner email address that was communicated to you.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:

Hardware Name: The specific name and model of the defective hardware.
Device ID: Located on the rear side of the unit.
Hardware Serial Number: Located on the box sticker.
Purchase Date: The date the product was sold to the end-user.
Defect Description: A brief explanation of why the unit is being returned.
