Thank you for your interest in our online job advertisement. Native Instruments attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. The following application data will therefore be collected and processed within the scope of the online application:

  • Postcode and city
  • Email address
  • Telephone/mobile number
  • Free field for application letters
  • Attachment upload for application documents


In addition, technical information is automatically transmitted to us when you call up our pages from your web browser. This includes, for example, information about the browser you are using, information about the operating system, time and date of your visit and, if applicable, referrer URL. This information is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to design our Internet presence in line with requirements. You as a user remain anonymous.

It is not possible for us to combine this data with data from your online application.

In addition, we would like to point out that the data you provide may be used to compile statistics on the (online) application process. These statistics are compiled exclusively for our own purposes and are in no case personalized but in anonymous form.

Please note that your data is not protected by default during transmission on the Internet and can therefore theoretically be viewed and changed by unauthorized third parties. If a contract is concluded, the necessary data such as name, address, data for contract processing will be stored by us.

When submitting application documents, the applicant agrees that the data will be stored in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Native Instruments undertakes not to make the file accessible to any third party without the applicant's consent, unless it serves to defend against third-party claims in court proceedings and to delete it immediately after the proceedings have expired.

Consent to data processing
By activating the checkbox, you expressly agree that Native Instruments may collect, process and use the data you provide to us for the purpose of processing your application.

Your data will only be transmitted if you have confirmed your consent by activating the checkbox.
Note on sensitive data: We expressly draw your attention to the fact that applications, in particular CVs, certificates and other data transmitted to us by you, may contain particularly sensitive information about mental and physical health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, membership of a trade union or political party or sexual life.

If you provide us with such information in your online application, you expressly agree that Native Instruments may collect, process and use this data for the purpose of processing your application. This data is processed in accordance with this data protection declaration and other relevant legal regulations.

Retention period of application data
Your personal application data will be deleted automatically six months after completion of the application process. This does not apply if statutory provisions prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of presenting evidence, or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage.

Storage for future job advertisements
If we are unable to offer you a vacancy that is currently vacant, but believe, on the basis of your profile, that your application may be of interest for future vacancies, we will store your personal application data for a period of twelve months, subject to your express consent to such storage and use. With your consent, we will automatically compare your documents with the job advertisements and come back to you with a suitable offer. Your data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

Treatment of data
Native Instruments will treat your personal information and personal data with the utmost care and discretion, store it and use it only for the intended purpose. The provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and GDPR (DS-GVO) will of course be observed.

Use of the collected data
We need the personal data that you have provided to us to process your application. Native Instruments will only use your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil this purpose. It goes without saying that your data will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected.

Upon written request, we will inform you in accordance with applicable law whether and which personal data we have stored about you.

If you request Native Instruments not to use your personal data for further contact and/or to delete it, we will proceed accordingly. Data that are absolutely necessary for order processing or for commercial purposes are not affected by a cancellation or deletion.
