Prerequisites

Before you get started with this document you will need to have registered your Maschine serial number and downloaded the Maschine 2 software and the Machine Factory Library. These operations can be performed using the Native Access application, available from the following page on the Native Instruments website: Native Access 2

The Maschine serial number is presented in two places: on a card that’s in the box with the device, and on a label attached to the back of the device. Currently, both are printed without braille or a QR code. We recommend using assistive apps like Be My Eyes or Aira, which are available for Apple and Android devices, or an OCR scanner of your choice.
